PROJECT INTRODUCTION

The Escondido Village Graduate Residences (EVGR) will provide housing to single graduate students and couples without children. The four 10-story buildings will provide 2,431 new beds and on-campus amenities.

Once complete, the EV Graduate Residences will increase graduate student housing capacity on campus by almost 20 percent, meeting a critical university priority as Bay Area housing costs continue to rise. Visit the Project Details page for more information.
